The VRE Project, locally known as the former YMCA facility, involved the renovation and conversion of an existing multi-level building into a climate-controlled storage facility. Build Logix Construction served as a subcontractor and performed comprehensive interior demolition across three levels, including the removal of walls, flooring, and ceilings. The scope of work also included the removal of all rooftop HVAC units, full debris removal, and final site cleanup. The project began in late October 2025 and was successfully completed in December 2025.
Build Logix meets all federal requirements for the protection of Federal Contract Information (FCI) and maintains practices aligned with CMMC Level 1 objectives. These practices include the implementation of basic safeguarding measures such as limiting access to authorized users, protecting systems from malicious code, securing physical and digital media, and controlling information transfer.
